Why Have Care At Home?

“Care At Home” is the award winning service which brings care to you in your own home. To help you remain independent.

We conduct a full needs assessment with you in your home. This is to ensure we provide the care and support you need. Our aim is to enable you to remain in your own home for as long as possible. We bring the care to you!

Our professional care support workers are highly skilled, fully trained and above all friendly. They are able provide a range of care services including personal care, companionship, cooking or preparing meals, administering medication and light housework.

They are equally at home helping you to get up in the morning or prepare for bed in the evening.

Care at Home is the result of hours of observing clients trying to find the care service they need. We are bringing our 30 years of knowledge, expertise and skills to this care service.

Our care support staff are trained to care for people with a wide range of health needs including Parkinson’s, dementia, palliative care, motor neurone disease and diabetes. Additionally each care support worker is trained in first aid, food hygiene and health and safety. So you know you’re in safe hands!

We provide one hour “Care At Home” Homecare services in Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Merton Park, Morden and Mitcham.

For further details and to discuss your individual care needs, please call our Care Team on (020) 8648 9677.

Our homecare service is flexible, in order to meet your needs and is available every day and night of the year except Bank Holidays.

The first step is to arrange a home-visit so we can carry out an assessment of your care needs.

We employ over 100 people in a range of jobs requiring high levels of knowledge, skill and passion to work with people with varying care support needs.

How we help David and Louise

David has progressive multiple sclerosis, is registered blind and is a full time wheelchair user. His wife, Louise acts as his full time carer. Care At Home provides regular care visits each week for David. This enables Louise to leave the house and have essential “me” time for shopping, socialising and gardening.
Our professional team of Care Support Workers carry out several care visits each week for David and Louise. They each take on the role of caring for David in Louise’s absence and provide him with companionship, sharing his interests including watching TV, completing crosswords and reading aloud.
